Work you will do:

• Perform business requirement definition for projects. This includes defining the to-be processes and operations, conduct functional/technical design and configurate the requirement in digital solutions to meet the outlined business requirement and process.
• Build prototypes and POCs for prospective customers and demonstrate solutions to provide supply chain technologies’ unique value proposition.
• Leverage the experience gained in the above, build and establish the Digital Supply Network (DSN) asset to showcase the art of possible about the future of supply chain to the other potential clients.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. If you are someone with:

· University level degree with strong numerical, analytical and excellent story boarding skills.

· Up to 5 years relevant working experience.

· Having experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management and Contract Management functions.

· Certification/experience in Coupa Business Spend Management Platform.

· Having an appreciation and understanding of the basics of supply chain – i.e. planning work, production management work, inventory management work, logistics work, procurement work.

· Possess practical experience of data analysis or IT tool development.

Job Description

• Develop strategies, policies and guidelines for the roll-out of the compensation and benefits initiatives across the region
• Prepare communication toolkit and deliver effective communications on compensation and benefits policies and programs
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the initiatives and its related communications efforts by analysing data and feedback and developing continuous improvement actions

JOBSCOPE

• Develop, lead, drive and be responsible for the management of human resource activities of the company encompassing change management, performance and talent management, learning & development, employee relations, employee engagement .
• Be the key point of contact for outlet Manager and Department Managers, work closely with them, provide strategic and operational functional support and guidance to them on managing and strategizing manpower resources, productivity, payroll cost and other people activities
• Plan, develop, roll out and update human resource strategy, policies and procedures as necessary, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory legislation and industry best practice.
• Champion change and drive continuous improvement within the hotel operations through human resource strategy, policies and procedures.
• Analyse and recommend the Company’s annual manpower budget in consultation with the department managers, and work closely with the Director and Department Managers to derive at the appropriate manpower plans to maintain optimum manpower cost, productivity, etc
