The Role

The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing due dates for trade transactions, including the preparation of "back-to-back" invoices/debit notes and managing bank receipts and payments. Other responsibilities include generating/updating invoices and payment packs, maintaining the policies tracking spreadsheet, and preparing monthly and ad-hoc reports. The role also encompasses assisting with routine non-trade payments, employee expense claims, computation, and filing of GST Returns, as well as contributing to month-end/year-end closing procedures. Your Profile
