Job Description:

Failure Analysis:

• Systematically investigate and determine the root causes and factors that contribute to the failure or malfunction of a product, system, or component
• Examining the various aspects such as design, materials, manufacturing processes, environmental conditions, and operational factors to understand why a failure occurred
• Provide comprehensive Failure Analysis during development NPI process

• Leading the Spanish department in a transition to a concept-based assessment and reporting system.
• Leading the analysis of student learning data in MS Spanish classes to inform teaching and learning.
• Supporting the professional development of colleagues through mentoring, coaching, the Professional Learning Programme (PLP), and other structures.
• Playing an active role in supporting newly appointed MS Spanish teachers.

Management

What's the role?

As an APAC Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for our guest and employee experience strategy and all touch points from pre-visit communications, first experience when entering the building, the pantry operations, and any events support. You will lead a regional scrum team of individuals who own the day to day operations of Front of House, Guest Experience, Employee Experience, Pantry Operations and Events support, to name only a few. You need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
• 10-15 years of recent professional experience in F&B, hospitality, or workplace experience management
• Experience in leading regional projects in hospitality operations, customer engagement and vendor management
• Ability to manage a team with strong people leadership skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead a scrum team with the discipline of the scrum framework in partnership with various team leaders across the region
