Role Summary:

We are seeking a Head of Branding to develop and implement digital-focused branding and acquisition strategies that align with Mitrade’s overarching goals and objectives to achieve business outcomes. What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy & Consistency: Lead strategic planning of comprehensive brand strategies and driving consistent brand image and performance across all public channels (advertising, social media, products, etc.).
• Leadership: Provide leadership direction to the department through establishing goals and objectives aligned to the business outcomes, making business decisions and providing mentorship to enhance overall team performance.
• Management: Oversee the team operations, resource allocation and ensures an efficient workflow within the team to external stakeholders.
• Content Creation & Distribution: Create and manage brand content across platforms to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders such as financial institutions and industry partners.
• Cross-Cultural Brand Adaptation: Localize global brand strategies for target markets such as Europe, Australia, etc.
• Compliance & Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Compliance Teams) to ensure all brand efforts comply with market regulations, maintaining an equilibrium between global strategies and local needs.

What We Require From You:

• A minimum of 5 years in digital performance marketing/branding, or related roles within an internet-centric business, and a minimum of 8 years’ work experience.
• FinTech experience would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin)
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting to influence decisions would be highly advantageous.

Job scope:

• Coordinate / liaising with courier service providers.
• Handle Daily sales process through intranet submissions (SLA within 2 hours from the sale submit)
• Handle Delivery Failure intranet portal. (Submit the delivery failure cases reported by couriers).
• Monitor daily courier shipment loads and act accordingly to ensure couriers meet the SLA.
• Handle phone calls /email from sales or couriers on the shipments.
• Plan and coordinate with courier on the bulk shipments delivery.
• Provide clear instruction to courier upon delivery on the shipment details /POD/Cash or cheque collection.
• Coordinate with credit team on the cash / Cheque / PD terms information.
• Act immediately on the shipment issues, related to couriers .
• Coordinate with outsource couriers / movers on the freight quote and transportation arrangement on special handling and projects.
• Coordinate with Sales team on daily shipments.
• Coordinate with inter operation dept to achieve the operations SLA

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse / supply chain management is advantage
• Comfortable to work in warehouse environment
