Jobs Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services, work with team members from application and infra teams, to deliver project on time and within budget;
• Project Management (Scope, Budget and Schedule) including regular management reporting for maintenance and/or development projects;
• Conduct requirements workshop to gather user requirements and analyses business processes to provide clear analysis and documentation of the problems and proposed;
• Ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality;
• Participate and contribute in project activities such as Requirement Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, Training & Implementation;
• Review project deliverables. e.g. functional specifications, system test plan & results, user guide, operation manual;
• Plan and perform user acceptance testing;
• Assess service requests for enhancements and maintenance of systems;

Requirements:

• Programming, testing, commissioning, and handover of Electrical Systems (22KV Switch gears & transformers, protection relays, and hipot)
  Prepare and maintain all required commissioning documentation which includes client submission.
• Supervision and Monitoring of defined test procedures start-up sequences, reliability test runs, and performance tests.
• Monitoring of functional and operational tests of various equipment to prepare the equipment for the first start-up.
• Manage and supervise a team of experienced commissioning technicians to execute Live equipment testing in a highly professional and safe manner
  Ensure QAQC integration within commissioning processes and procedures.
• Witness and provide contractor resources to support FAT as required.
  Preparation of inspection reports, certificates, progress reports, and site correspondence.
• Liaise closely with the client QAQC/Testing teams.
• Generating MSCR's (Maintenance System Change Request) at the project handover stage.
• Ensure that commissioning acceptance criteria is aligned with design specification and client requirements.
• Any other duties required by the Commissioning Manager.

Supporting the Mechanical Maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance works in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with maintenance strategy, to meet planned schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure that plant equipment and auxiliary systems continue to operate smoothly and efficiently
• Perform repair or replacement of defective or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment
• Assist with the monitoring of contractors involved in maintenance on site and maintain asset maintenance plans
• Attend to work orders allocated by Mechanical Engineers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in Power Plants or related industries will be advantageous
• Self-driven, with a good working attitude, and a good team player.
• Have a safety mindset and display good workplace safety behavior.
• Be a part of the CERT team and be actively involved in emergency responses whenever called upon.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the Combined Cycle Power Plant safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established operational guidelines to meet output requirements.
• Prepare for, execute, and monitor the startup, shutdown, and routine operations of generation units and auxiliary systems.
• Carry out condition monitoring, review operating parameters, and correct deviations to maintain optimal plant performance.
• Identify, report, and rectify all system, plant, and equipment defects.
• Ensure adherence to the plant’s generation dispatch schedule, conducting operational tests and inspections as required.
• Respond to plant emergencies, equipment failures, and outages.
• Manage generating unit operations and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety measures and specifications.
• Monitor work areas and inspect tools and equipment to detect and prevent unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.
• Prepare daily shift log reports and other operational reports.
• Liaise with external agencies (e.g., EMA PSO, PUB, NEA, SCDF) on operational matters during shift duty.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge of plant processes, operations, and safety protocols.
• Relevant experience in power plant operations, or related industries, is advantageous.
• Possession of a 2nd Grade Engineer (Steam) Certificate of Competency or a 1st Grade Engineer (Steam Combustion Engine) Certificate of Competency awarded by the Ministry of Manpower is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Maximo EAM or equivalent software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, self-motivated, independent, and a team player.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
