The Technical Support Consultant (L2) handles escalated support requests from Service Desk Support Consultant (Level 1) where they can’t handle as well as any projects that require on-site implementation.

When help is needed, the Technical Support Consultant (L2) can turn to the Team Leads and Technical Manager for guidance and support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on and resolve escalated Helpdesk Tickets
• Delight our Clients with a Friendly, Quick and Helpful Experience
• Provide the Client with advanced on-site troubleshooting
• Provide the Client with on-site installation & removal of equipment
• On-Site Hardware Maintenance and Support
• Use our Ticketing System to work on and resolve Helpdesk Tickets & Service Requests
• Managing and recording all work though our Ticketing System
• Make sure that Client Documentation in well maintained
• Split tickets that have several issues into their own individual ticket
• Make sure that tickets aren’t “stale” throughout the process

• Create and maintain documentation for on-site processes
• Escalate tickets that require Team Leads or Technical Manager support
• Work with Service Desk Support Consultant (Level 1) to communicate to the client the status of their ticket every step of the way, notify them of any changes or outages related to their issue
• Identify, Communicate and Mitigate potential risks to the Service Delivery Manager and Clients
• Follow the schedule provided by the Team Leads or Technical Manager or appointed Service Coordinator / Dispatcher
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily / weekly recurring tasks
• Follow all our Security Procedures and Keeping a Vigilant Eye for Security Issues
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
• Contribute to the process of innovative change effectively
• Undertake other duties as required by the Service Delivery Coordinator, Service Delivery Manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information System of the equivalent)
• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS environments
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Good knowledge of cloud concepts and networking
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.
• Work with the production team to prepare/break down the finalized scripts for production. This includes arranging/scheduling and attending production meetings, location scouting, audition/casting meetings, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals with the talents.
• Assist the producer on location/in studio during production with regards to crew, cast or crowd control. Requisition for props and costumes. Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production
• Help with all duties/follow up for post-production which includes media logging, transcribing, transferring of tapes, dialogue dubbing etc.

Requirements

• ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in Media related studies.
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Production or Production related environment (TV or Film)
• Able and willing to work irregular hours.
• Able to speak, read and write Chinese in order to communicate with the Chinese departments and personnel.

A. Job Summary

You will manage, recruit, deploy and motivate caregiver leaders/volunteers for the effective accomplishment of Caregivers Alliance Limited’s (CAL) corporate goals. You are responsible to manage all elements of volunteering within CAL. Your role involves assessing CAL’s needs and meeting those needs through the recruitment, placement and retention of volunteers. You will also establish and maintain good relationship between these volunteers and CAL.

B. Responsibilities

• Bears the overall responsibility for the management of volunteers (caregiver leaders and community volunteers) in CAL
• Research and write volunteer policies and procedures
• Recruit volunteers, understand how they work, develop partnerships and assess their volunteering needs
• Generate appropriate volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on the needs of CAL
• Ensure volunteers are appropriately matched and trained for a position
• Monitor, support, motivate and accredit volunteers for their work
• Celebrate volunteering by nominating volunteers for awards and organizing celebration events
• Offer advice and information to volunteers and external organisations through face-to-face, telephone and email contact
• Organise profile-raising events to attract new volunteers
• Manage budgets and resources, including the reimbursement of expenses
• Keep up-to-date with legislation and policy relating to volunteering and make any necessary modifications to accommodate changes
• Maintain the volunteer database in the Customer Relationship Management system
• Generate appropriate volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on the needs of CAL

C. Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource or Marketing or related discipline
• Has at least 5 years of related experience in marketing, human resource or related fields
• Possesses good organisational, communication, networking and administrative skills
• Capable of innovative and strategic thinking beyond conventional boundaries
• Proficient in the English Language and has good writing skills
• Has the passion and dedication to work with families and persons with mental health issues
• Displays integrity - sincere in own behaviour and in dealings with others
