As an Implementation Engineer at Oracle Opower, you will work with a team to implement SaaS-based energy efficiency and customer engagement programs on behalf of our utility partners. Responsibilities

● Communicate with the IT resources of the utility company client to explain technical requirements including web integration, single sign-on configuration, and transfer of utility data

● Analyze, transform, and load utility data from the utility clients to meet Oracle Opower’s data standards

Origins Lab

The overarching aim of the lab is to understand the developmental origins of health and disease (DOHaD) and translate it into meaningful clinical insights. We hope to maximize human potential (neurodevelopment) and prevent the development of obesity/cardiometabolic disease at its root, early in life.

Using data collected from multiple longitudinal birth cohorts, we utilize rigorous statistical methods including growth modelling (mixed effects models, various parametric and non-parametric models, etc.), mixture modelling (quantile g-computation, etc.), causal inference, machine learning, and multi-omics analysis.

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the engineering and delivery of mechanical and structural aspects of construction under direction from the Construction Manager. Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Technical

• Design, integration & coordination, installation & commissioning of mechanical systems and services required for the project

The successful candidate will be leading the computational biology and information system groups and providing strategic guidance to the discovery leadership teams and the EDDC management team in leveraging the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to accelerate the drug discovery and development processes, including novel target identification.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software engineers, data engineers, computational biology, bioinformatic, IT professionals, and data scientists to support and contribute to all the discovery projects.
• Drive the implementation of cross-functional data integration & workflow automation aimed at fostering data-driven and AI-driven approaches to drug discovery and validation.
