· Minimum Higher NITEC/NTC2 or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years' relevant experience.

· Candidate must possess at least Higher NITEC/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

· Understanding of Electrical / Pneumatics / Hydraulics systems

· Understanding of electrical single line diagrams.

· On-the-job training will be provided

· Software knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint;

· Must be dynamic, innovative, meticulous with positive working attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills;

· Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate will be preferred

· Possess Work-At-Height Supervisor/Assessor certificate will be preferred

· Possess Confined Space Assessor will be preferred

· Possess Lifting Supervisor will be preferred

· With a valid Singapore Class 2/3 driving license and own transport will be of advantage.

Responsibilities

Project co-ordination with Client sembcorp,Keppel & Dyna Mac for all project activities.
Co-ordinate and support site construction team for fabrication,Installation, Testing and commissioning works.
Project Planning, Progress Reports and Claims.
Interpret Construction and Technical Drawings.
Material Take offs
Evaluation of quotation on Technical and Commercial aspects.
Preparation of Method of Statement, Risk Assessments for various installation works. • Plan monthly work schedule and set productivity to be achieved.
To monitor and control project schedule.
To initiate and undertake action to prevent the occurrence of non- conformity.
To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.

Qualification / Experience

· Excellent verbal, written, and coordination skills.

· Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, outlook, and project.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

· Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering(Industrial), Engineering(Mechanical) or equivalent.

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
