As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will:

• Work as the PowerFlex storage subject matter expert (SME) and station at customer site.
• Provide day to day support to customer’s storage setup.
• Act as the storage escalation point and help the deployment team members on troubleshooting when necessary. • Provide documentation of the storage project.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customer IT staff after completing storage deployment.
• Have good understanding of SAN storage.
