Associates Management (AM), a unit under Office of the Registrar, manages the appointments and onboarding of SUSS associate faculty. About The Job

This position is part of the Student Services (SS) department within Office of Academic Services (AS) serving as the first point of contact for students and alumni and enhancing the overall student services of the University. SS manages the SS hotline, counter, written correspondences, and administration of Electronic Course Evaluation (eCE) surveys to foster a student centric service environment.

The candidate will support SS day-to-day operations, manage the SS Quality and Training related initiatives, assist with survey administration, and contribute towards the overall enhancement of SS service ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

Operations (40%)

• Monitor and supervise day-to-day student services operations, manage students’ enquiries, requests, and feedback across all touch points that are received through channels such as phone, email, and walk-in.
• Manage a team of 2-3 officers and/or senior officers, providing guidance to team members on handling student feedback, especially for challenging and complex situations.
• Identify issues/opportunities for improvement, highlight follow-up and participate in deployment of process improvements or enhancements.

Job Purpose

The Regional Head of Ocean Growth is responsible for the overall OFR growth initiatives across the region. The individual guides the regional pricing strategy required to achieve the growth ambition and will drive execution of this into the countries, including the development of relevant value propositions and solution design to support the growth.

Furthermore, the role is responsible for aligning and setting a clear direction for growth in collaboration with the M&S organization. This includes all sales channels – CSI/MNC/SBC, BC, and digital. Driving the product commercial organization around OCC and RDM structures.

Main Responsibilities

1. Driving volume growth across all OFR products in close coordination with OFR Country management and regional product heads. Together with Trade Management, drive the focus on trade lanes and countries as per Trade Lane plan.

2. Ocean Competency Center (OCC)

-Overseeing all large tenders running through the regional OCC as part of the global RFQ process and ensure efficient execution with all stakeholders

-Drives automation within the Tender management set up

-Spearheads RFQ analytics to improve win ratios

-Drives risk-taking analysis & proposals to deliver strategic growth targets

-Simplify country led RFQ’s to increase efficiency

-Drives STP on tender business

3. Senior Commercial Product Engagement

-Driving senior commercial product engagement in large tenders during the pre-RFQ period through Gatekeepers

-Focal point for regional product development

4. BC Segment

-Functionally responsible for the Country Growth structure and regional RDM structure

-Drives articulation and simplification of local value proposition development as relevant from a product and/or trade perspective

-Drives development and execution of local trade lane plans via RDM’s across all OFR products, according to focus Trade lanes defined by Trade Management

-Drives target customer definition from a product and/or trade perspective together with local OFR product heads, Trade Management and M&S

-Drive STP with countries within the BC segment

5. Coordinates and aligns the commercial approach for all OFR products together with M&S

-Regional focal point for M&S

-Ensures process alignment together with M&S within the region

-Aligns M&S activities across the regions as relevant to OFR product

6. Guides the regional organization in terms of pricing strategy

The Automatic Exchange of Information (‘AEOI’) Team is seeking a Manager who will be responsible for servicing AEOI clients in the APAC region. Reporting to the Senior Vice President (AEOI) in Singapore, the AEOI Manager will be responsible for coordinating AEOI services for 80+ clients: completion of annual regulatory deliverables, engagements for existing and new clients, supporting the business development teams in the region, and ongoing client servicing.

A varied multi-tasking role which encompasses client relationship management, investor communication, and daily internal/external stakeholder management & communication combined with all relevant and associated administration.

The Role:

· Manage communications and ongoing relationships of investment managers, investors, and other external and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner. Provide excellent service to clients via direct or indirect contact.

· Maintain and improve knowledge of the Automatic Exchange of information regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, including industry research and analysis as required.

· Communicate daily with remote teams and reporting lines; preparing and providing progress and status updates and escalating items as required.

· Prepare, and/or review prepared AEOI filing analysis output from back office for delivery to clients.

· Review and provide feedback on self-certifications and IRS withholding forms
