Looking for an independent individual to join as Administrative Staff/Personal Assistant
Job Scope
Provide administrative/PA support:
- Tracking of on-going cases/Claims progress/New Business
- Email/WhatsApp Business correspondence with relation to BDM/Claims/POS
- Booking of Appointments/Facilities
- Client Servicing including managing group chats, email reminders, gifting
- Calendar Management of Management including travel management and planning
- Ad Hoc duties including but not limited to: preparing beverages before meeting and replenishing of office supplies
Key Qualifications
Proficient in MS Office, or relevant software for scheduling and communication
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess strong work ethics and keeping information confidential
Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
Independent
Candidates with Administrative/PA experience will have priority
