Development, Service & Marketing (BDSM) team is a newly minted team that is looking

to rebrand and transform the various spaces one at a time. The team is looking to re-

activate and rejuvenate the existing F&B outlets as well as creating a congruent core

brand identity globally. Not only will the spaces serve to house BYD clients but it will

also act as an event space for BYD and their potential clients.

Role Overview: As an Assistant Event Planner you will be reporting and working

together with the Senior Event Manager to develop, build and run various events and

campaigns for the brand, both internal and external on top of other adhoc marketing

activities. The role is a collaborative one where new ideas and event concepts can be

trialled and tested to see what works in each space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Event Manager in project management and operations of various events
• Sourcing for potential vendors
• Liaising and working with hired vendors for the various events
• Building project timelines and executing events accordingly
• Managing project budgets
• Proofing and checking all event collaterals
• Being onsite on occasion to manage event setup and teardown and making sure the event runs smoothly
• Business development via engagement with existing BYD clientele to assist with the planning of private events within our spaces
• Conceptualising potential events and pitching these events to management to run

Qualifications:

• Minimally 1 year of experience in events planning

• Able to work well in a team and independently• Able to manage timelines

• Able to manage multiple events and projects concurrently

• Strong communication skills

• Able to think on the go and problem solve various scenarios

• Adaptable to a constantly changing work environment

• Proficient in the use of professional editing software preferred

· Administering holistic treatments, such as spinal manipulation, adjustments, massage, and hot and cold compresses.

· Providing patients with tips to improve their lifestyle, including nutrition, exercise plans, and stretches.

· Tracking patient information, keeping detailed records of conditions and care.

· Attending conferences and workshops to keep current with development in Chiropractic care.

· Referring patients to other doctors or specialists, as needed.

Requirements

· A Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.

· Min 2 years of experiences in the same industry.

· Valid DC license

· Possess strong ability to create, plan and achieve goals

· Disciplined in learning systems, teamwork, scripts, protocols and procedures.

· Used clear and professional verbal and written communication.
