You will oversee the entire cycle of the candidate management process as a Recruitment Specialist such as headhunting talents with the domain knowledge and technical skills, conducting interviews, and guiding them on the interviewing process. You will also perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs and provide professional consultation on employment market and practices to both clients and jobseekers.
Responsibilities:
- Match Candidates: Gather essential information to assess if candidates align with job descriptions and their resumes.
- Understand Client Needs: Grasp clients’ requirements and unique selling propositions (USPs) to attract candidates to roles and companies.
- Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and interview performance to accurately profile candidates before presenting them to clients.
- Innovate Hiring Strategies: Stay updated on industry trends to propose fresh hiring ideas to clients.
- Create Urgency: Foster a sense of urgency to ensure successful hires for clients.
- Attract Candidates: Utilize diverse outlets like job postings and social media to effectively target suitable candidates.

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 6:30pm)/ WFH
Salary:
- Up to $3,500 basic
- Competitive Commission
- Sales Incentives
Key qualities required:
- Experienced in developing long-term relationships with clients based on reliability and understanding of their business needs.
- Confident in decision-making and able to communicate efficiently.
- Able to thrive in environments that challenge your abilities and push for high performance.
- Ability to adjust strategies based on changing circumstances or new information.
- Independent and self-motivated with good working attitude.
- Highly sales driven and hardworking individual.
