Job Description:

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance to BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirements

· Manage the process of 3D modeling (Architectural/Structure) and quality as per Project BIM requirement

• Understand and manage the process of 3D model-based shop drawings (Architectural/Structure)

· Develop construction Models for 5D quantification and 4D simulation

Job Requirements

· Diploma in either Civil Engineering, Sustainable Urban Design & Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or equivalent; or BCA Specialist Diploma in Building Information Modelling

· Preferably with at least 3-5 years’ experience working with BIM related software or BIM modelling works

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Proficient in Revit/BIM software for Archi and Structure

· Familiar with Singapore Construction Industry regulations
