• Create and maintain Power BI data visualizations for operational metrics, KPI tracking, and financial analysis.
• Design PowerApps to collect and track valuable data to improve productivity, cost management, and anomaly detection.
• Provide IT troubleshooting support to resolve platform malfunctions promptly.
• Participate in OPEX (Operational Excellence) and CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) initiatives to enhance processes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Data Science, Computer Science).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an IT-related or data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Python, R, VBA, Power Automate, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive work ethic.
