• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
• Manage and oversee HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in recruitment for cryptocurrency or finance industries.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
• In-depth knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
