As a High-Level Tennis Coach based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in transitioning Hugh Performance tennis players, top-ranked juniors, to the ATP, WTA and ITF circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Training Plan :

- Design, implement, and manage individualized development plan, covering all aspects of progression from junior tennis to professional level competition.

2. Training & Technical Guidance :

- Lead technical training sessions, focusing on serving, groundstrokes, footwork, net play, and other essential aspects of professional tennis.

Job Description:

Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting

• Oversee all aspects of financial control and reporting for the Group, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to provide accurate and timely financial information to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and board materials, communicating financial results, key performance indicators, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with business heads to develop realistic and actionable financial plans.
• Develop comprehensive financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Internal Controls and Compliance

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for enhancement.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, compliance, and transparency.

Communication and Relationship Management

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, regulatory agencies, and financial institutions, to ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management and cross-functional teams, leveraging financial insights to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related filed
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial and statutory reporting, consolidation, taxation and internal controls, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholder at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects for Retail Banking
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing ; Ensure communications with country team for testing and status reporting, conversing in Vietnamese language
• Works with the testing service providers and other BANKSstakeholders both group (SG) and country (Vietnam) to review, provide feedback and sign off on the test strategy, test plans and other test service providers’ artefacts for the testing service delivery.
• Coordinates with the Test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards and tools, and to coordinate any health checks or audits.
• Ensures that any changes to the scope of services are communicated to the respective test service providers and the impact is factored into the plan.

• Drive and collaborate with all BANKS stakeholders and test service providers to plan all testing related deliveries for the portfolio accountable.
• Participate and contribute in forums, as required, to drive testing transformation and innovation.
• Works closely with the Test Engineering Lead to provide inputs around domain specific test engineering requirements and ensure that they are met.
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the Vendor Test Managers/Test Leads for the respective domains.
• Engages stakeholder communities to get their feedback on testing service delivery and identify improvement opportunities to be fed back to the Test CoE team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.
• Must have oral and written communication abilities for both English and Vietnamese languages
• Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing.
• Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
• Good knowledge in managing data migration projects including conversion testing.
• Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.
• A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services.
