About the role

Are you passionate about property management and ensuring spaces are well-maintained and efficiently run? As a Property Officer at Knight Frank, you’ll be the key person in making sure the properties under your care are in top condition. You’ll be managing everything from daily operations to contractor relationships, all while keeping tenants and residents happy.

What you will be doing:

• Managing the daily maintenance and operations of your assigned properties to maintain optimal conditions.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure common areas meet safety and health regulations.
• Monitoring development projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet standards.
• Addressing tenant and resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Developing strategies to prevent maintenance issues and ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborating with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
• Managing repair, renovation, and maintenance quotations, reports, and payments.
• Supporting and attending key meetings such as council meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
• Being part of the operations team to support meetings, including council meetings and AGMs, by coordinating all preparations for seamless execution.

We’re looking for someone who’s:

• Great at communicating and can work well with teams, tenants, and contractors.
• Adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role, managing residential and/or mixed development properties.
• At least a Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications.
• Familiar with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to company recipes.
• Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
• Ensuring that food portions and food presentation meet company standards.
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Ensuring that cooking utensils are clean before each use.
• Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
• Efficiently resolving problems with customers’ orders.
• Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.

• Proven experience working as a chef.

1) Have flexible skills in revising and updating drawings according to requirements and actual situation at the construction site.

2) Responsible for Quotation,Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Final Accounts and Sub-contractor Progress Claims.

3) Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants Architects for all project-related matters and site survey and update work progressing on site.

4)Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Office and knowledge of Sketchup, Photoshop is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Support Director by collaborating with corporate to ensure company safety strategy, guidelines and processes are understood and implemented on all sites and providing safety management advice.
• Ensure that the Company Safety strategy is followed and that it is well communicated and understood by all employees.
• Manage the Safety competency within the sites and make competency building plans.
• Carry out Safety training and regular communication sessions such as briefing, updates, changes to all stakeholders.
• Manage contractor safety performance to achieve zero harm on sites.
• Actively engage customers and internal corporate staff by taking the lead to coordinate related safety matters in visits and meetings.
• Organize, manage and coordinate table-top exercises, drills, exercises for emergency preparedness and response and business continuity plans.
• License/Permit/Certificate holder responsible for stipulated duties accordingly e.g. Fire Safety Manager, Hazardous Substances Permit Holder, Workplace Safety and Health officer, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor degree in Workplace Safety and Health Management / Engineering related.
• Minimum 7 years of Safety working experience in Oil & Gas or Chemicals industry.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and Responsible Care codes.
• Familiar with and support site Safe Management Measures (SMM) to implement safe management measures at all sites.
• Familiar with the requirements of bizSAFE level 5 standards and conduct risk assessment and maintain the risk management including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) for the sites.
• Familiar with and implement relevant international and Singapore standards, codes and best practices.
