Responsibilities:

• Handle daily routine of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.

• Data entry for AR & AP transactions into SAGE (ACCPAC) system.

• Assist in AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding, matching, and timely payment preparation to suppliers.

• Perform monthly reconciliation for AR/AP and costing transactions

• Handle PO invoice entry & posting

• Update daily cashbook and bank reconciliation for month end

• Check staff claims for Rep Office

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Scope:

• Manage all accounting functions in compliance with local and group standards.

• Assist in various projects, including digitization efforts to enhance finance processes and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial close for the group, adhering to internal and external reporting timelines, including statutory and SGX reporting.

Job Requirement:

• Min Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications,
• Min 5 years of relevant experience, including managerial roles
• CPA or CA certification is preferred.
• Experience working with regional offices.
• Proficient in SFRS (I) requirements and knowledgeable about SGX reporting regulations.
