Job Description:

Responsible for administration duties within HR department which includes but not limited to the following:

• Creation and maintain employee P files
• Perform data entries
• Answer to staff enquiries on HR matters
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR Admin Functions
• Singaporean or SGPR only
• Work location at Shenton Way

Responsibilities:

• Preparing equipment and treatment rooms.
• Liaising between clients, therapists, and other departments.
• Document client responses to treatment and update client files.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing linen.
• Performing administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in office software, such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a caring nature.
• Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength.
• Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
