Duties & responsibilities:

• Generate necessary forms for all transactions – POs, DOs, invoices, supporting documents.
• Tracking and documentation of incoming/outgoing rental equipment.
• Submit and archive paperwork systematically.
• Responsible for keeping small inventory items under lock and key.
• Work closely with accounts department for payment processing.
• Coordinate production requests between sales team and workshop operations.

4. Resource Management and Maintenance

• Manage and maintain ICT/AV resources, conducting annual checks, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.

5. Media Post-Production

• Video Editing: Compile raw footage, arrange clips, and add titles, subtitles, and graphics.
• Sound Editing: Enhance audio quality, remove noise, and integrate sound effects and music.

6. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the school authority.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• Minimum of 1 year experience in setting up and managing professional AV systems.

Preferred

• At least 1 year experience in video system management and multimedia content editing.
• Relevant qualifications in one or more of the following fields: professional lighting, audio systems, video systems, or multimedia content editing.
