• Automation & Framework Development: Build, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks and environments to enhance testing efficiency.
• Hands-on Testing: Conduct various forms of testing such as manual, functional, performance, and exploratory tests, and file defects when necessary.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT activities, ensuring the system functions as expected before release.
• Production Support: Assist in resolving production cases to maintain high-quality operational systems.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or an infocomm-related discipline.
• Testing Experience: At least 3 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation experience.
• Technical Skills:Strong understanding of testing techniques, test-driven development, and continuous integration/delivery.
  Experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks is a plus.
  Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit) or enterprise tools (HP UFT, QC, Mobile Center).
  Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, or enterprise tools such as HP LoadRunner.
  Knowledge of penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or enterprise-level tools (WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx).
• Agile Experience: Working experience in Agile environments is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, coupled with a proactive, self-driven, and motivated attitude.

Job Scope:

• Design and develop mechanical systems, products, and components
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA)
• Conduct simulations and analysis (e.g., stress, thermal, fluid dynamics) to validate designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with other systems
• Perform design modifications and improvements based on feedback and testing results
• Develop prototypes and conduct hands-on testing to ensure design feasibility and performance
• Select materials, components, and manufacturing processes for product development
• Ensure designs comply with safety, regulatory, and industry standards
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Support the manufacturing team in product assembly, testing, and troubleshooting
• Manage design projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Continuously research and apply new design technologies and innovations to improve mechanical systems

Requirements:

• ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum two years of experience in customized automation machine design
• Experience in semi-con, connector, or machine design preferred
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, with Pro-E and Inventor as added advantages
• Strong understanding of mechanical movement, function, and performance
• Good perception of 2D & 3D objects and machining processes
• Passion for designing high-performance machines
• Good technical communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
