Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming concepts, demonstrated through projects or coursework.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; familiarity with frameworks such as Angular is a plus.
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processing tools like LESS or SASS.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, AJAX, and partial page updates.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and solutions.
• Competence with SQL-based queries, preferably in a Unix-based database environment.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and usage, with experience developing APIs in Express.js.
• Familiarity with tools such as GIT, SVN, Jenkins, Bamboo, and JIRA.
• A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

This is a Customer Service/ Front desk position in animal clinics/ hospital.

Working hours: 4 days (44 hours) per week

• Clinics: 12-hour shiftwork, according to clinics' operating hours
• Hospital: 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm shift

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
• Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
• Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
• Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
• Dispensing medication
• Perform various ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Have a love for animals.
• Comfortable to handle all kind of animals.
• At least 1 year of experience at customer service position (customer-facing).
• Experience working as a clinic assistant or patient service associate in a healthcare setting, such as a clinic or hospital/ veterinary field, is highly advantageous.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
