Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll be working with the APAC division of one of the largest video-sharing platforms with a growing community of video creators and consumers. Your work is instrumental in identifying opportunities to develop the Creator Community in the region, and will result in more Creators considering video-sharing as a platform for growing their audience and expressing their creativity. 

You’re someone with an experimentation mindset and will be leading growth marketing initiatives to accelerate creator growth and retention in key markets. Working closely with product marketing managers, data scientists, strategists and experts, you will be evolving our approaches and providing growth hacks and solutions to transform the business.

Role:

• Develop acquisition and retention strategies to drive product adoption and growth via our own and operated platforms (e.g. in-app notifications, email)
• Analyze marketing and product funnels to identify opportunities and build audience segmentation, to drive step-changes in creator and revenue growth
• Define marketing channel mix and use lifecycle marketing principles to create personalized and engaging experiences for creators 
• Design and execute campaign strategy by working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop creatives and content 
• Generate and structure plans to execute on projects, manage project priorities and allocation of resources within the project

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2-3 years of experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing strategy 
• Strong understanding of growth concepts, user journey optimization and experimentation frameworks with hands-on experience of developing marketing campaigns based on personas and segmentation cohorts
• Creative expertise, understanding of creative strategy and production process
• Understand of attribution of marketing data (e.g. multi-touch attribution, cannibalization optimization, marginal efficiency, etc)
• Strong project management, ability to work across project teams on several projects at once, and previous experience working with agencies
• Sensitive to data with strong analytical skills, maintains curiosity and self-motivation, excellent communication skills, ability to cope with work pressure, have top-level awareness and ability to pinpoint and overcome challenges

Preferred qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technological industry or deep understanding of the technological landscape

About the role

Reporting to the Deputy Regional Manager - Tender, this role will prepare and deliver competitive, top quality proposals in response to RFQ/RFI/RFP received from Bollore Corporate Key Accounts, following the established tender management guidelines, and coordinate tender management activities amongst the different Bollore Regions in the world.

Internal Business & Executive Communications • Oversees day-to-day planning and execution of holistic employee campaigns, including culture and engagement, leadership communications, organizational communications, transformation and business and strategic updates. • Partner with cross functional teams to support business needs and promote various programs and initiatives. • Support senior level internal executive appointment announcements. • Prepare briefing documents, communications plans, and other presentation decks and materials for senior leaders. • Prepare internal newsletters, communications, and speeches for senior leaders. • Facilitate short- and long-term calendar management and planning for internal events. • Serve as strategic advisor and partner for internal leadership team. • Prepare and support crisis managament and liaise with stakeholders on follow up and resolutions as needed. • Seek opportunity to further engage TR POS staff to promote engagement and ensure employee satisfaction. • Support preparation and execution of Sales Cycle Meetings External Communications • Ensure TR APC follows Global social media policies and strategies. • Evaluate and respond to incoming media requests. • Prepare ELC leadership for media interviews (including the development of briefings, media trainings, etc.) • Identify key industry events, conferences, and spokespeople to drive TR APAC forward. • Review and approve speaking opportunities for TR APAC employees. • Craft holistic narrative and develop communication to promote and maintain TR APAC employer branding online and offline. • Craft messages and communications to promote TR APAC’s effort in sustainability efforts and its impact to the environment. • Amplify TR APAC efforts on social media channels. • Establish, maintain, and refresh content for ELC’s external website and social media channels. • Review and vet official posts by employees on social media and • Generate employee-driven social media content. • Support Talent Branding efforts in partnership with HR and Talent Acquisition • Use strategic communication tactics to attract top talent to work at TR APAC to fill in-demand roles and maintain business excellence • Support various specific programs and initiatives to attract and retain talent. • Check stopped orders report on a daily basis for the assigned region and/or product line. Review the overdue status and risk development of the customer before releasing the order.
• Conduct customer review of the new and existing customers and recommend credit lines according to the global credit policy.
• Work with cash applications team and customer service team to research and resolve short payments/non-payment disputes.
• Attend periodic collection meeting and coordinate closely with regional finance and commercial team to address any escalated collection matter.
• Inform manager of potential problems in the credit review process or collection process and make recommendations for process improvement.
• Perform AR reporting on overdue balances and top accounts as per request from business units.
