What you will do:

• Coordinate and manage project quality assurance and control, and inspection services

Pre-requisites

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
• Minimum 10 years working experience and 3 years in a similar role
• Experience with power plant construction
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders

HR and Payroll Executive

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

• Manage onboarding, encompassing document collection, offer letter preparation, attendance setup, on-site orientation, and probation support for new hires. Non-executive and Operations.
• Manage offboarding, including exit interviews, payroll calculations, and property return. Non-executive and Operations.
• Activate RISQ Sterling Background checks and Harrison Assessment behavioural test.
• Monthly employee movement – new joiners and cessations reports.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reconciliation reports, system Access Easy Pay payroll system.

· Submit and verify statutory reports, include CPF and IRAS include IR21, to ensure seamless compliance with regulation.

· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and Target Time-off management system.

· Maintain accurate and up to date HRIS employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrolment, and payroll information.

• Ensure timely submissions of all government related claim matters (e.g., NS Make up claims, training grants and government paid leave claims

Surveys/Feedbacks

· MOM Survey – Labour Market, Update the Progressive Wage monthly in the OED portal.

· Gather employee feedbacks.

Work Pass Management

· Process Work passes for foreign employee. Application, renewal, cancellation and liaise with MOM on work pass issues and other gov agencies.

· Update Foreign employees residential in MOM portal.

Employee Relations/CSR

• Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
• Assist and organise company’s CSR activities and engagement events as required.

Administration

· Assist Receptionist when she is on lunch break.

· Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Job Description:

· Must be able to perform troubleshooting on various electrical circuitry

· Engine and hydraulic knowledge with 2 years working experience in automobile industry (Electrical & Mechatronics) will be an advantage

· Assist Service Manager to manage the service department

· Able to lead a team of technicians and engineers to provide excellent service support

· A team player with positive working attitude and problem solving initiatives

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in electrical and electronic or mechatronics engineering

· Customer-focused and service-oriented

· Possess strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in written and spoken English

· Possess a valid qualified driving license Familiar with Microsoft Office and email
