Counselling and case management and consultation

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Finance Department

Mandatory Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft BizTalk version 2016 or above.

• Proficient in C# (.NET Framework v4.7 and above, Dotnet core).
• Proficient in database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL/Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in applying source control management with Github.

Applicants would need to possess PhD in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with strong interdisciplinary expertise in areas such as soil mechanics, underground construction, soil improvement, instrumentation, monitoring, numerical analysis, Geoenvironmental engineering, as well as using the latest technologies such as AI, digitalization, data analytics, zero carbon and emerging geomaterials.
