Key Responsibilities:

• Office Management:
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing documents, organizing reports, and creating presentations.
  • Reorder office supplies and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Assist in setting up for meetings and ensuring all equipment and materials are ready.
• Email Support:
  • Monitor email inbox regularly throughout the day.
  • Respond to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure emails are categorized and prioritized based on urgency.
  • Forward or escalate emails to appropriate team members when necessary
  • General Administrative Support:
  • Provide support for various tasks and projects to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Regularly check the system or emails for incoming forms and invoices.
• Download forms and invoices from various sources.
• Ensure all documents are properly saved, categorized, organized, and sent to the concern department.
• Scheduling and Calendar Management:
  • Provide real-time scheduling support, including booking appointments and preventing scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate meetings, including managing attendee invitations and necessary follow-ups.
• Communication Management:
  • Answer and screen phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and mail.
• Technical Support:
  • Use computers and software to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.
  • Conduct research when required to support the team or specific projects.
• Customer/Visitor Interaction:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed appropriately.
  • Anticipate the needs of colleagues and visitors to ensure a seamless experience.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Main responsibilities:

• Increase the sales growth within the defined territories to meet the sales target
• Prepare sales quotations with product specification
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with the distribution network
• Develop and maintain good contact with major crane rental companies
• Assist the dealers to forecast and plan the requirements to allow continuing sales with the view to increase overall sales volumes
• Work together with Marketing Department on specific promotional activities like new product launch, marketing literature
• Provide feedback on market assessments
• Other duties, as assigned by superior and the head of department

Job requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Sales and Marketing field or equivalent trade experience and skills maybe considered
• At least 4-6 years of related working experience
• Sales background in crane equipment field will be an added advantage but it is not essential
• Good Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft office software
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Travel to assigned countries, and in Singapore to keep continual contact with customers.

Job Description:

• Evaluate tender documents and requests for proposals to gain a thorough understanding of project details and requirements
• Lead the QS team and oversee tender cost estimation responsibilities
• Deliver precise and comprehensive quantity and component take-offs in accordance with the specifications outlined in the tender document
• Accurately measure and assess work completed by subcontractors, ensuring timely payment responses and thorough evaluation of VO
• Prepare and submit detailed VO measurements to clients and consultants, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the process
• Ensure meticulous assessment of costs associated with all VO works
• Provide advice to the project team on contractual rights and obligations
• Monitor and manage project costs to ensure they remain within the approved budget
• Identify and source reliable suppliers and subcontractors
• Generate comprehensive quotation reports
• Conduct accurate and detailed cost estimations

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in the construction industry
• Strong technical expertise in measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts, and law
• Knowledge of PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage
• Effective team player
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Measurement, payment response, VO for subcon.
• Preparing of tender submission within specific deadline.
• Source, negotiate and awarding of contracts to vendors.
• Tendering and contract documents administration, preparing BQ, cost estimation, control and budgeting.
• Monitoring actual construction cost vs contract work quality.
• Ensuring that cost is ideally managed within budget throughout the project.
• Advising the project team on contractual rights and arbitration procedures when dispute arises.

Job Requirements:
