1. Research

a. Conduct research related to the development of the group sustainability strategy across our different verticals

b. Contribute to analysis and deep dives into topics that are related to social issues (example, community engagement, human rights, employee welfare), and/or environmental issues (example, energy management, emissions, waste management)

c. Stay abreast of sustainability trends and prepare monthly sustainability newsletter

2. Implementation

a. Handle the ongoing rollout of Sustainability initiatives at our Singapore office: desk research, feasibility studies, employee engagement, small event management, etc. Focus areas (non-exhaustive list): Scope 3 emissions, waste and water management, employee welfare, and green procurement.

3. Data Management

a. Support on migrating information to group-wide software

b. Prepare and enter data for Singapore Office

c. Support with basic data auditing

4. Coordination:

a. Internal sustainability-related communication and meeting coordination with our Business Units and external parties

· Provide technical field assistance in maintenance, installation, operation, and startup for CPM equipment; prepare customer field report after each trip.

· Perform inspections of existing CPM equipment during plant shutdowns, assist plant/contractors with recommended repairs/parts and provide each customer with a field report.

· Evaluate fabricated product when asked; prepare non-conformance report when necessary and work with internal and external customers to resolve issues.

· Provide technical training or maintenance presentations to relevant customer and responsible for tracking customer claim.

· Work integrally with internal employees and external customers to promote the CPM Aftermarket service, to meet group initiatives and objectives.

· Assist contractors in the erection of CPM equipment at customer site.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

The Markets Control Testing Utility is responsible for assessing the adequacy of Controls, Monitoring and Testing Tools that are designed and executed by the Markets business teams.

This position will report to the Markets Control Assessment & Testing Head within the COO’s Controls Testing Utility on an interim basis and will report to the Markets Controls Assessment Lead once this C14 role has been appointed. It is an execution-oriented position that is responsible for operational controls performance assessment and assurance for Markets controls as well as monitoring and testing tools. This includes the execution of control assessment processes, results reporting, and insight sharing related to the above scope of controls assessment activities. Coverage may vary from time to time to meet internal and external deliverables across the Markets Controls Assessment and Testing team.

The Markets Controls Assessment Officer will be part of a team of approximately 6-7 controls assessment professionals who will be responsible for executing the above responsibilities, with breadth and depth on control assessment planning and execution. Accountable for controls testing results and advice regarding control design and remediation. As part of this, the role requires the identification of control assessments for escalation to senior management, inputs to process enhancements, technical strategy, and work plans.
