MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

DCS Operation

• Perform starts up and shuts down according to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions or Checklists,

Field Operation

• Promotes collaboration and experience sharing between the company’s affiliates in the region
• Identifies industry trends, collects and assesses competitive and market intelligence.
• Design BMS system architecture, HVAC control system and optimization program tailored to each project requirement.
• Troubleshoot Yamatake and Azbil product problems for existing maintenance at job site.
• Analyse existing BMS operation and HVAC performance to propose system renewal and control system improvement. Regularly contact with Japanese and non- Japanese customers in APAC and India to exchange information.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered for the right candidate
• Minimum 10 years of experience in BMS and Automation industry
• Good industry knowledge, with an existing network of contacts (preference)
• Well versed in specification and selection of Yamatake and Azbil building automation system and product, not limited to system and controller but including field devices like sensors, control valves
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Japanese language is required as the position requires frequent communication with Japanese customers and Japanese members in HQ

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all production activities at various stages and to work as a team with other production personnel to achieve production targets in accordance with ISO Quality Management System and applicable safety standards.
• Production Processes
• Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.
• Completion of all associated production records in accordance with good documentation pratices
• Transfer of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products
• General Duties • Perform house-keeping and first-level trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.
• Equipment and area cleaning on regular intervals.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production.
• Handle non-routine duties as assigned by senior technicians or Production supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Min GCE O Level / Nitec in production, preferably in industrial engineering.
• Min 3 years of related working experience preferably in chemical process related industry / production factory
• Computer literate (MS Office) and knowledge of Chemistry preferred
