A role as a sales supervisor could see you based in a variety of different working environments e.g., in a store, office or factory. You'll be able to find job openings at most companies that have sales staff. For example, you could be a sales supervisor in-store for a fashion brand or you could supervise an office-based sales team at an insurance firm.

Your main responsibility will be to get the most out of the sales team by helping with day-to-day tasks, as well as trying to increase motivation and performance. You'll also likely be responsible for budgeting and managing costs. It can be a rewarding role, as you're focused on helping others perform to a high standard.

In this role, you will manage transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

Logistics Operation Support - APAC, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the day to day Logistics operations, transportation, and order fulfillment.

• Ensuring compliance with APAC regional regulations & international trade compliance.

• Implementing best practices to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce cost.

• Aligning with other regional logistics lead counterpart to standardize the logistics process.

• Meeting KPIs to measure the logistics performance for continues improvement.

• Having proper shipping planning to meet projects schedule & customer’s satisfaction.

• Working closely with customs operations excellence team to fulfill the local governmental requirements (Duty, Tax payment/FTA/duty refund/ License..etc.) specially in Korea plant.

• Implementing standard tracker to enhance visibility.
