Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our AI and Data Science team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI and NLP, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies, MLOps, and deploying AI solutions to address complex business challenges. This role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation while ensuring ethical AI practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development:Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models and applications. Develop AI-driven tools, including conversational AI, speech recognition systems, and NLP-based solutions. Conduct research and apply advanced machine learning algorithms for real-world applications.
  
• Project Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation to deployment. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and academia, to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Innovation and Research:Explore and develop new Generative AI use cases for various industries. Publish research papers and contribute to academic discourse in AI and NLP. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose relevant applications.
  
• MLOps Implementation:Establish robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model deployment and monitoring. Implement responsible AI frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, and unbiased decision-making. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship:Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote AI adoption within the organization.
  

Skills and Experience Required

Technical Skills

• Expertise in Generative AI technologies and tools.
• Proficiency in NLP, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Experience in building conversational AI experiences using tools like Dialogflow.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud, for AI deployments.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proven ability to lead and work in diverse, cross-functional teams.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer.
• Certifications in machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps.

Experience

• Proven experience in Generative AI projects and data science roles.
• Hands-on involvement in research projects and publications in AI/NLP.
• Experience working in both industry and academic environments.

Education

Job Description:

• Design FA project inclusive of tooling, artwork, material and process.
• Draft drawing for making of tooling and artwork.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding the making of tooling and artwork.
• Create job ticket which consists of material and process.
• Co-ordinate FA run with FA report submission
• Co-ordinate product transfer from US to Singapore facility.
• Develop and fabricate test jig/tool for testing of functionality of finish product.
• Maintain all test jig/ tool used in production.
• Perform product failure analysis, as well as reduce cost through yield improvement, cycle time reduction and process enhancement.
• Coordinate the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process.
• Putting up sales quotation for the customer through the sales department.
• Any other task assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or Microelectronics Engineering.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.
• Need to be flexible on working hours as support over the weekends may be required.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with good presentation and communication skills
• Good project and time management capabilities

Job Description:

• Design, develop, implement and maintain web-based applications and mobile applications to support company operational activities.
• Conduct user requirement analysis and integrate with other ERP/MES systems.
• Work with company in-house development team.
• Manage and develop corresponding APIs based on the Java-based platform.

Required Skill(s):

• Strong knowledge in following languages: JAVA,HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, Laravel, PHP & SQL.
• It would be better if familiar with e.g. Python, C#/C++, Flutter, React, React-Native, AngularJs, Vue.js.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in front-end and back-end development.
