Formerly Very Special Arts Singapore, ART:DIS, established in 1993, is a non-profit dedicated to enhancing learning and livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities (PwDs) through the arts. Our diverse programmes nurture the artistic interests of PwDs, bolstering their self-confidence and integrating them into a supportive community beyond formal education.

Our professional development pathways ensure sustainable impact, offering valuable work experience to empower PwDs for independent living. We run 3 centres in the community, and serve over 870 individuals annually through the 27 programmes we organise.

Role Overview

This role specifically focuses on growing livelihood opportunities for our artists with disabilities, mainly through the sale of their artwork merchandise, artwork license and commissioned work opportunities.

The sales channels include various public pop-up events e.g. Boutiques Fair, Clay Fest Market, and you would be responsible for the logistics preparation and sale of our merchandise at these events, engaging directly with public customers.

Part of your role also requires you to engage with corporates for commissioned art, corporate workshops and corporate gifting needs.

The role will report directly to the Executive Director covering the following work tracks:

• Sales of merchandise (@art.dis.studio | www.artdis-studio.com)
• Commission artworks;
• Corporate Workshops;
• Sale of artworks and artworks licenses;
• Account manage existing partnerships with government agencies, corporates and individuals, families and grow new leads.
• Manage administrative tasks such as issuing quotations and sales invoices, arranging logistic supports (product packing, printing, setting up in booth sales)
• Manage and participate in pop-up events for ARTDIS Studio

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Good interpersonal skills to engage with team mates and stakeholders

Work Experience

• Directs a mechanical engineering group responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete engineering programs in accordance with project budgets and release schedules. Responsible for professional development, team building, defining organizational roles, hiring and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the key escalation point globally for all product programs, projects, and operational performance issues.

Requirements:

• Experience building relationships while working directly with customers.
• Experience managing a local team and Experience with Finance/Quoting.
• Ability to Travel & Work non-traditional hours.

Job Description

• Inspect and repair passenger seats, galleys, and lavatories and maintain aircraft conditions
• Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft, including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, bulkheads, etc.
• Maintain luggage storage area in a neat and organized manner
• Maintain inventory items required for handling the cleaning activities
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operating fleet
• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level / Nitec in engineering or equivalent.
• No working experience is needed
• Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
• Ability to perform tasks in high-noise areas and work at height
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate must attend a 6- to 9-month Cabin Trainee Technician course (including On the Job Training) with assessment. Only those who pass the assessment will be offered employment for the role.

Position Overview

The IT Security Operations Analyst role’s is to safeguard the organization’s IT systems and data. This role requires the candidate's active participation in the implementation of security policies and procedures, the monitoring and analysis of security events and the maintenance of security tools. Other responsibilities are to identify, investigate and resolve any security threats, vulnerabilities and incidents. The candidate must keep up to date with the latest security trends, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have a deep understanding of security principles and technologies. The individual will have a functional role in mentoring other team members and share the off-hour support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor, maintain, and analyze network and computers for unusual activity or suspicious behavior by reviewing information security logs.
2. Manage and resolve security Level 2 support tickets per defined SLAs
3. Investigate and analyze security incidents to determine root cause and impact.
4. Report compliance failures to management for immediate remediation.
5. Responsible for the effective management of the organization’s Crowdstrike Falcon Admin Console.

• Deploy Crowdstrike Falcon EDR detection agent on all corporate devices.
• Ensure coverage of malware detection for all managed EDR Agent capable devices.
• Migrate existing server agents from alert-only mode to blocking mode.
• Provide EDR escalation support for agents already installed

1. Assist and collaborate with the Information Security Group and coordinate with IT Infrastructure on the following:

• IT Threats and Vulnerabilities Assessments, Protection, and Remediation
• IT security patch management follow-up and reporting
• Firewall rule documentation, review, and approval
• Promote within IT Infrastructure the proper Security controls aligned with the IT Security Program
• Validate and maintain operational security documentation.

1. Continuously assess the current Security Posture and provide recommendations for remediation and prevention of security incidents.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and technologies.
3. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging security threats to proactively address potential risks.
4. Assist in the deployment of new security systems.
5. Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
6. Understand the dark and deep web ecosystem.
7. Manage and support the following applications:

• Palo Alto/Firewall
• Network security (Micro-segmentation)

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity Engineering or Computer Sciences
• Strong professional experience in information security with a focus on security operations and technical support
• Strong Experience with Palo Alto and Crowdstrike platform
• Experience with VPN, SSL and other encryption technologies
• Good knowledge of server, workstation, and Active Directory technologies that impact security controls
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and common network services
• Experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800 and PCI DSS.
