• Experience of working and negotiating with external business partners and vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in Project Planning and Implementation on site
• Involve in construction planning, coordination works with sub-contractors, clients and consultants to ensure all construction progress are on schedule
• To oversee, manage and provide training for project members and/or staff
• Quality Control Planning and Risk Management for the project
• Execute project in accordance with Project Management System and processes
• To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness
• To monitor and track project milestones, control site progress, update and review progress reports, documentations and presentations
• Maintain filing and backup of project documentations
• Identify risks and critical paths in projects and works with project team to provide risks mitigation and/or backup plan
• To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement, abide Site Management according to Safety Rules and Regulations
• Escalate issues and critical paths timely
• Other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree preferably in Mechnical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, Building or Property related disciplines with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Good organizational skills and follow-up ability
• Strong analytical and communication skill across all levels
• Strong time management skills
• Able to multi-task with a basic understanding of building services
• Possess of Class 3 licence is preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• A&A / Renovations / Fitting / Experience is an added advantage
