To support Shilla’s rapid expansion in Singapore, we are recruiting for Beauty Advisors to join our growing family.

The Beauty Advisor will provide customer with beauty touch, elevate customer experience through providing excellent customer service, maintaining good customer relationship, sharing of product knowledge and expertise. You must be passionate about beauty products, sales driven and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Be a Shilla ambassador and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
• Welcome every customer and elevate customer service experience through good customer service, sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise.
• Recognize sale opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to capitalize on upselling / cross presentation of items or services at point of service.
• Drive and achieve individual sales target on a monthly basis, in a team environment.
• Perform inventory replenishment as and when required.
• Maintain basic housekeeping and abide to all operation procedures.
• Operate POS cash register and handle various mode of payment.
• Any other duties as per assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with prior cosmetic and perfume sales, travel retail background is highly desirable.

The Sales Associate will be responsible to optimize sales of our Maison De Chronus store through sharing of product knowledge, selling skills and excellent customer service.

Customer Service and Sales

• Being a true Shilla ambassador and is customer-focused. Has a positive service attitude and provides a unique customer experience
• Ensure that Shilla’s selling standard and service step is used in every customer interaction
• Welcome every customer and elevate customer service through sharing of solid product knowledge and expertise
• Engage and capitalize in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
• Drive and achieve individual sales target on a monthly basis in a teamwork environment

Stock Management

• Properly receive, display, and store merchandise according to company guidelines
• Completely understand and undertake the inter store transfer of merchandise according to company guidelines
• Understand the stock level of different categories and promote accordingly

Store Maintenance

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties, abide to all operational procedures

Store Operations

• Operate the POS cash register and handle various mode of payment
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders & superiors
• Provide customer feedback on products
• Any other duties as per assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with prior watch sales, travel retail background is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Planning of event program and operations workflow, and execution.
• Contracting process for service providers, mainly air ticketing, hotel, local transport. Staff will learn the process and acquaint with salient contract terms and conditions to best meet our requirements.
• Interaction with local government ministries/agencies supporting our events on delegate invitation/attendance, and communication with foreign delegates in making travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Working with travel agent, hotels and transport company on hospitality arrangement (i.e. booking of air ticket, hotel room, and chauffeured vehicle) for delegates.
• Maintaining database (in MS Excel) on hospitality arrangements accorded to each delegate and generate status update report.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by your reporting officer and Director.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder.
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in related field, applicants with no experience may apply too.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, communication skills with client-service orientation.
• Meticulous and able to work with vast amount of figures/data.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organisation.
• Possess good working attitude and willing to learn.
