- To assist the PM on multiple projects to programme and allocate manpower as required.

Job Description
• Support the management team in leading the project QS team and preparing cost budgets, cash flows, and claims.
• Ensure timely awarding of subcontracts and supplier agreements, coordinating with the technical team to meet specifications.
• Prepare quantity measurements, drawings, and cost analyses based on project needs.
• Analyze and negotiate quotations, attend site meetings, and review agreements.
• Certify progress work, handle contract variations, and submit monthly progress claims.
• Finalize subcontract and main contract accounts and advise clients on cost feasibility.
• Prepare OMM before project handover, certify final valuations, and act as financial advisors.
• Be ready to work extra hours for urgent projects and perform other assigned duties.

Requirement:
• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying with min 3-5 years’ experience in QS renovation/Interior Design/HDB A&A project.
• Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD and the ability to learn new specialist software
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

The Role:

Our new Global Partners Manager will play a key role in executing the strategic direction for Pepperstone’s most valuable partners. Leading a small team, you will be responsible for generating significant revenue through creating and maintaining exceptional relationships with key and prospective high value partners and clients. You'll pursue new high value partners globally and capitalize on these opportunities to achieve significant revenue targets. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships in Melbourne, our Global Partners Manager will work closely with global teams to support the global partners business. You'll be creative in identifying new partnership opportunities, ensuring current partner leads convert; and work to reactivate dormant partners who have stopped referring to Pepperstone.

As our Global Partners Manager, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to :

• Support the strategic development and management of Pepperstone’s partnerships, focusing on cultivating relationships that significantly contribute to revenue growth.
• Work in collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and Regional Sales teams to identify, develop and enhance global partnerships, establishing them as a vital revenue channel.

• Research and prospect new partners.
• Identify and transition potentially high value partners to the Head of Strategic Partnerships or Sales leaders.
• Develop and maintain partner sales processes and marketing assets.
• Partner Sales reporting and communicate emerging trends, key partnerships and new opportunities to the wider business.
• Lead the Global Partners team, ensuring their actions are consistent with the agreed strategy and continuous improvement occurs over time.
• Provide ad hoc project support as required such as working with Product and other IT teams on transformational improvements to our Partners Program.

About You:

• A true 'hunter' with solid hands-on sales experience in the Forex and CFD industry working with Partners or high value clients
• Experience building relationships in LATAM, Africa, Europe & Asia desirable
• Unwavering ability to focus on clients and expertise in engagement through multiple channels
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple objectives and achieve results in a fast-paced organisation
• Ability to establish new commercial relationships and maintain strong rapport
• Experience with MetaTrader 4 and cTrader software (desirable), Salesforce, Microsoft suite etc
