Support and coordinate with AWWA Finance on arrears management and assist with managing arrears timely.

Coordinate with AWWA Corporate Partnership and AWWA Finance on receiving and recording of donations management and banking in process.

C. Procurement and Asset Management

Assist the Centre Manager with monitoring and ensuring that the quarterly procurement checklist is maintained/updated and take steps to ensure stocks are replenished timely.
Ensure that all stocks for uniforms, books, stationary and art/craft supplies in the centre are accounted for, are timely distributed, and maintain adequate stock items for centre usage.
Assist Centre Manager with the purchase requisition process and management of purchase orders through timely submission of purchase requirements in procurement portal.
Ensure timely processing of vendor payments through timely submission of verified invoices for goods /services received by centre.
Assist Centre Manager with monitoring the centre budget through regular expense tracking from Purchase orders and HRMS claims.
Work with Centre Manager and Head of Departments to keep records and manage fixed assets, inventory and disposal records.
Support the Centre Manager and assist with the conduct of internal audit checks when required.

D. Events Management/ Logistics/Transport Coordination

Support EIC and centre events in the area of logistics and administrative support.
Assist Centre Manager in managing the centre waitlist through coordination, administration, logistics and student record management of scheduled Centre visits and Initial screening sessions.

E. Other Responsibilities

CEEK Pte Ltd, is a professional civil engineering design consultant with expertise in a wide variety of areas covering civil engineering, geotechnical and structural design. Principal/Professional Engineer

We are looking to employ an Principal/Professional Engineer with contemporary engineering skills as well a proven experience in leading an effective team.

Duties

· Take a leading role managing delivery of our engineering projects and assisting the company management in growing our established design office in Singapore.

· Plan, design, and coordinate such as civil projects and building projects, engineering design works for local projects covering a wide variety of work nature,

· Ensure all engineering solutions comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices,

· Lead and manage the in-house engineering team ensuring engineering services follow best practices,

Basic Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering, must be recognized by Singapore Professional Engineering Board (PEB Singapore),

· Professional Engineer (PE) preferred or Chartered Engineer status

· Around 15 years or more of relevant experience in engineering design;

· Hands-on civil, structural and/or geotechnical expertise,

· Familiar with all aspects of the design submissions process for various types of projects in Singapore,

· Proven experience in team leadership.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Bake cakes and pastries (including, in particular, buttercream cakes) without supervision.
• Production (including frosting and stacking) of cakes.
• Decorate customised cakes in accordance with customers' requests and Head Pastry Chef's instructions.
• Mould fondant decorations in accordance with customers' orders, independently and efficiently.
• Baking and preparation of other pastries, such as cupcakes and tarts.
• Maintain cleanliness of cake decoration studio.
• From time to time, you will have the opportunity to assist our Head Pastry Chef in creating cake designs from scratch!

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 1 to 2 years experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
• At least 1 to 2 years experience decorating customised cakes, including handling of fondant.
• Responsible and able to work independently, with a keen awareness of timelines.
• Friendly and a good team player.
• It is perfectly fine if your experience is home-based!
• Advantageous but not a must: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry Arts / management experience in a kitchen or bakery setting.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

-Report to Group Executive Chef

-Take charge of the kitchen and maintain complete control of the kitchen at all times and to command the respect of his or her kitchen staff

-Spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently

-Provide key leadership on setting new standards of culinary and operations excellence for the Chinese restaurant concept

-Maximise the productivity of kitchen staff

-Lead, coach and develop station chefs to achieve customer satisfaction while maintaining effective costs and profits management with consistent execution

-Develop and implement innovative food ideas/concept, new or revised menu/recipe items to increase sales

-Conduct bi-monthly stock take

-Coach the kitchen team on effectively managing costs while maintaining the recipe standards, and the cooking and preparation procedures

-Handle disciplinary issues, conduct Annual review and confirmation of staff

-Conduct routine inspection and evaluation of all kitchen operations; including food presentation, quality, kitchen cleanliness and safety

-Ensure all location conform to product specification, policies and procedures for all supplies, ingredients purchased and all products sold

-Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety

-e- Procurement for ordering supplies and update GRN

-Conduct orientation, training & coach new trainees

-Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties

-Adhere to hygiene and safety standards

-Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures

-Participate in checking of all purchased supplies for quality and account for each delivered item

-Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

̶Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive culinary/kitchen management and supervisory experience

̶Highly skilled in cooking techniques and progressive in their approach to fine cuisine

̶Hands on chef experience in high volume, complex service operations is a must

̶Comprehensive knowledge of Asian cuisine and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

̶Thorough understanding of food equipment and safety standards

̶Passion for training and development

̶Basic PC-literacy
