THE ROLE

As our Video Production Intern, it is ideal that you are a bright, curious creative and approachable person. Job Purpose:

The Product Executive has overall responsibility to support the Product Manager for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both Tech Data and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the Tech Data extended sales team and the partner community.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of sales enablement programs for Tech Data and partners.
• Implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.
• Execution of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.
• Responsible for inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimization.
• Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.
• Achievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.
• Coordinate the various functions within Tech Data in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.
• Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships.
• In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.
• Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.
• Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that Tech Data meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.

Overview:

As the PMO Analyst in MSO’s Project Management Office (PMO) you will help support transformation in our delivery and operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Collate and support review on annual work plans.

2. Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.

3. Maintain Project Status Registry for MSO projects and provide the necessary reporting to management including escalation.

4. Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.

5. Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.

6. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications

1. At least 3-5 years of relevant PMO experience

2. Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments (in the health care industry would be an advantage)

3. Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.

4. Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

5. Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.

6. Ability to think strategically and report effectively.

1. Establish and maintain effective HSSE Management Systems for project execution referencing to local legal requirements, client specifications and CES_SDC requirements.
2. Ensure the CES_SDC’s Management System Manual (MSM), HSSE Procedure Manual are established and maintained in support of CES’s Policies, Objectives & Targets, Management Programme, Awards and Certifications.
3. Work closely with Management/HODs/PDs/PMs/Project Teams in meeting CES_SDC’s HSSE objectives and targets by initiating, recommending or providing effective corrective actions / risk mitigating control measures through managing changes, documentations and risk registers.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s Degree in HSE /Engineering or Architectural.
2. At least 10 years’ experience in managing Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) for the engineering, procurement and construction especially in infrastructure projects with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
3. Responsible for HQ / project HSSE leadership and management from tender, mobilisation through to completion and commissioning.
4. Require good judgement and the ability to render decisions and/or recommendations where policies and procedures are not clearly defined.
5. Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, GGBS and local legal requirements.
6. Determined and committed in establishing strong HSSE processes in CES_SDC projects.
7. Passionate in solving problems, team building, up-to-date in HSSE programs and technologies. Possesses tenacity to commitments and responsibilities.
8. Knowledgeable in RM, PTW, BBSO, Leading & Lagging Indicators, Method Statements, Inspection Checklists, NCRs, CARs and Root Cause Analysis.
