• Installs, inspects, maintains, commissions and repairs various types and brands of air conditioner system, including VRV system, split units, ceiling ducted, ceiling cassette, window, wireless units. Air-con piping works, gas check, pressure test & Electrical as well

• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.

• Carries out repair works such as replacement of air-con compressor, fan coil motors etc at high-rise commercial

•Service and trouble shooting all our outlets aircond and electrical

• Able to do electrical work and maintain the Refridgerator

. Maintain all the chiliiler and freezer

. Maintain and repair the electrical works for all our company equipment and maintainace.

. Maintain the coldroom and all our kitchen freezer and chiller

• Items might include refrigeration equipment such as chiller.

• Perform general aircon related work.

• Must have at least 5 years related experience

Job Description

You will provide inpatient financial counselling to patients and their next-of-kin involving patient consent and authorization, estimated bills, healthcare financing and assistance schemes, payment options and payment collection. You will attend to financial counselling enquiries and follow through timely case closures. Other responsibilities include computation of statistical information, checking of document completeness, maintaining secured document keeping, participating in quality improvement projects, and providing administrative support to the department.

Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience

KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Monitor and manage customer invoicing and receipts
• Verification of assigned outlets sales records
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and handle reconciling issues

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process vendor invoices, petty cash reimbursements, perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for invoices.
• Attend and respond to accounts payable related enquiries and matters.

Closing Full Set of Accounts:

• Prepare journal entries, adjustments and audit schedules to support monthly closing.

Ad-hoc Duties:

• Provide support in various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
• Assist in stock take
• Assist in audit queries
• Any other duties as assigned by Head of Finance

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 3 years accounting and finance experience.
• Singaporeans preferred

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with ERP system
• Strong follow-up skills.
• Meticulous, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
