Working Days: Saturday & Sunday (2 days per week)

Working Hours:

Sat: 10-6pm (1hr Break)

Sun: 12-6pm (1/2 hr break)

Salary Range: $11.00 - $12 per hour

Job Scope:

> Packing of cookies

> Sticking of stickers

> Simple Pipping

Job Requirement:

>Good Team Player

>Food Hygiene Cert

> No experience required as on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided

Responsibilities :

• Handle Full / Partial set Accounts and other adhoc duties.
• Monthly preparation of final accounts, audit and tax schedules.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns.
• Liaise and negotiate with company bankers & auditors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel & Words.

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze cost comparison
• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• Negotiate and prepare for final accounts
