Requirements

• Minimum 5 year of experience working in kitchen as food preparation and/or cooking.
• Minimum technical certificate or certificate in any relevant fields.
• Great team player and customer service oriented.
• Possess strong initiative and integrity.

We are seeking for an active and self-driven team player who is passionate about marketing to join us as a Marketing Coordinator in our Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling marketing signages, marketing materials such as posters for in-store promotions, and atrium/ outdoor events, and ensuring all these are sent down to the locations and display according to guidlines
• In charge of partners rewards programme such as UOB Bank Rewards redepemtion and etc
• Replying incoming emails enquiries
• VIPs membership data collections
• Assist in marketing memo for campaign and discount
• Helping out on new stores and events set-up (usually starts after working hours)

Key requirements:

• Savvy with social/digital media platforms
• Independent and self-driven with problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with routine work
• Meticulous, able to multi-task and prioritise an ever-changing workload in a fast-paced environment
• Preferably with SME working experience

• To wash cutleries and ensure sufficient supplies for daily usage.

• To clean the dining areas.

2. Top up condiments
3. Prepare condiments

• General Cleaning

1. Shopfront exterior
2. Interior furnishings
3. Table/chairs/sofa seats

• To remove garbage to the designated garbage disposal area.
• To report to the Supervisor any potential hazard and/or breakages
• To comply with all safety and hygiene standards.
• To undertake any other related task/duty/assignment that may be given by the supervisor.

Personal Educational Qualification/Experience

· Minimum secondary school

• At least 1 years of operations experience in the supervisory position with proven track record of success within a Restaurant or Fast Food environment
