SUMMARY ROLE/RESPONSBILITY

This role is responsible for leading key projects and programs in support of manufacturing logistics operation and automation journey. Success in this role requires the ability to effectively partnering with Logistics team, cross functional stakeholder consisting of representatives from operations, engineering, manufacturing, legal, finance, IT, other internal/external organizations. Analyze project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects. Clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks, mitigation plans, and impacts to senior management and internal cross-functional and remote project teams. Steer teams based on business objectives, continuously align teams to those objectives, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines.

Key attributes to ensure success in this role include being able to effectively work with Logistics Subject Matter Experts and IT Functional Analysts to develop and implement logistics systems, processes, and procedures. The successful individual will have logistics system and process knowledge, excellent communication and Project management skills and demonstrated ability to influence executive level decisions.

• Analyzing current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing optimized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 7 years of project management in logistics, supply chain management or relevant technical/analytical discipline.
• Hands-on project manager who has led global projects consisting of cross-functional teams across multiple businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in complete project Life cycle to implementation
• Good knowledge of how Logistics services businesses work and latest trends (incl. digital & automation) impacting the industry

• Responsible for performing Credit Appraisal of Trade Finance Accounts, Retail loans/Syndicated/Bilateral loans.

Benefits Operations

1. Assist in the day-to-day administration of flexible benefits program, annual flexible benefits enrolment, financial year end accruals and annual tax reporting
2. Assist in the day-to-day administration of insurance related matters such as enquiries on the insurance related programmes and claims
3. Assist in conducting periodic audit reviews on claims relating to flexible benefits and leave applications audits
4. Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate leave system functionalities prior to implementation as leave administrator
5. Responsible for administration of work-injury cases such as filing work injury report and processing claims
6. Process all medical bills from panel clinics and hospitals to ensure timely payment and billing to external organisations
7. Responsible for leave management and other benefits operations (e.g. birthday scheme)
8. Other administrative duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

People Operations

1. Perform procurement duties for the division
2. Track the budget utilisation for the division’s purchases and expenses

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Organised, meticulous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in benefits and HR operations under HR Shared Services environment will be an advantage
• Prior experience in using SAP SuccessFactors is a plus

Principal Responsibilities

• Support the of the Director, Strategy and Growth Initiatives WPB South & Southeast Asia to formulate the strategic vision and priorities for WPB South & Southeast Asia, to conduct regular Market reviews, and to drive the formulation and execution of strategic projects for the Region, both regionally or supporting local markets
• Develop critical analysis to facilitate management decision in the Region or Markets
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the Region or Markets to drive the implementation of special projects including immediate business problem fixes
• In collaboration with the Governance and Business Management teams within the South and Southeast Asia Chief of Staff construct, drive, manage and oversee the strategy implementation in WPB South & Southeast Asia markets along with WPB Market teams ensuring that the strategic objectives are met
• Support group strategy for M&A deals, including the coordination and administrative processes where needed e.g. AdCo or GSM for M&A projects
• Fulfil ad-hoc individual strategic analysis/requests, as a contribution to larger projects
• Prepare or coordinate the preparation of strategy related content for HBAP Forums, Investors, Board meetings, and other senior management meetings, often in coordination with other internal teams
• Develop the ESG strategy for WPB in South Asia, in partnership with the Sustainability function and with Group WPB
• Prepare regular competitor benchmarking across the Region, including for several key Markets, Segments and Products, to inform management decision-making
• Drive the collaboration agenda within WPB as well as with other LOB’s, across the Region and in coordination with the Markets and the Group
• Facilitate best practices and collaboration across Proposition (EBS), Acquisition (EBS) and Product and Pricing (MSS)
• Set up and manage relevant governance to monitor progress and take corrective actions when needed to meet agreed plans
• Support the deployment of a regional cross-border strategy across origination, activation and customer life cycle management, in close partnership with the Markets and the Group teams; facilitate regional engagement and participate in projects where necessary
