Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and operational in the Order to Cash (OTC) process

Job Requirement:

• With Diploma in Business Administration or relevant discipline is preferred.

• The Supervisor will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure all operations are in line with company procedures, supervise team members, ensure quality and hygiene standards are met.

• Handles all working material and equipment correctly and keeps it well cleaned
• Handles guest problems and complaints
• Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to an open communication within the assigned team
