We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Executive Engineer, Electrical to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing electrical engineering systems for various projects.

• Design and develop electrical systems for building and infrastructure projects, including concept and detailed design phases
• Take ownership of assigned design components, ensuring timely completion and approval from relevant authorities and clients
• Collaborate with Local Authority Departments to secure approvals for design projects
• Prepare comprehensive design calculations, drawings, specifications, and tender documents under the guidance of senior engineers
• Analyze and solve complex electrical engineering problems, applying innovative solutions when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory regulations and safety standards in project designs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes and methodologies
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
• Participate in project meetings and present technical information to stakeholders effectively

• Support the General Manager - Lounge in all Talent & Culture (T&C) aspects and act as the main point of contact for T&C-related matters.
• Develop, communicate, and implement strategic T&C policies, plans, and goals to all team members.
• Identify and execute strategic initiatives to attract and retain talent.
• Prepare and implement action plans to enhance employee engagement.
• Oversee compensation and benefits processes.
• Address and resolve all internal and external T&C-related inquiries.
• Foster a performance-driven culture within lounge operations.
