The Product Solutioning and Delivery Director role, focusing on Loyalty and Engagement Solutions, is a crucial member of our Issuing Solutions Loyalty & Engagement team, serving the Asia Pacific region. This role primarily leading solution designing and development of existing and new products for our Asia Pacific clients supporting the Loyalty Product Sales team in providing top-tier loyalty solutions, positioning Visa as a key partner and facilitator of captivating value propositions for digitally savvy consumers.

What a Product Solutioning and Delivery Director in Asia Pacific region does at Visa:

This role will be tasked with bringing subject matter expertise of Visa Loyalty products and solutions to the markets, as well as designing solutions for clients to facilitate successful implementations. The Director will also be responsible for driving roadmap of enhancements and strategy in collaboration with the Product Sales team.

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Information Systems and/or Computer Programming.
• Knowledge of Hotel and F&B Systems such as Opera, Infrasys, Birchstreet is an advantage
• Some experience with Windows Servers roles, including Directory Services, DNS, and DHCP.
• Some experience with PowerShell and Batch scripting.
• Technical knowledge in supporting Windows 10/11 and client-based applications such as MS Office, Email, etc.
• Basic understanding of network concepts, such as IP addressing, routing, Vlans, DMZ, Firewall and VPN.
• Basic understanding of cyber security concepts, such as vulnerability identification and mitigation

The Role

Provide dispensing and counselling services to customers and to ensure that pharmacy runs smoothly while on duty.

• Dispense drugs accurately based on prescriptions and to ensure that there is compliance with governing laws, regulations and standards.

• Provide counselling services and professional pharmaceutical care to patients as required.

• Ensure optimum control of key indicators in dispensary in terms of stock level, tidiness etc.

• Develop team members to be competent to perform their jobs.

• Keep abreast of new drugs or medical developments with continuing education to improve professional competence.

About You

• A Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy

• Must be registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Board

• Good communication skills

• Comfortable to work under community pharmacy set-up.

Scope:

• Provide efficient, high-quality HR service delivery to employees, line managers, and HRBPs in assigned locations.

Requirements:
