About the role

We are looking for a Principal Engineer that is excited about the below Mission and Outcomes over the next 6-12 months.

Mission: Work closely with product teams to translate our business vision into impactful technical solutions. Drive the alignment of product requirements with strategic goals, ensuring each feature not only meets user needs but also advances our core objectives. Be pivotal in bridging the gap between business aspirations and technical execution, tackling complex challenges, and setting the stage for an exceptional user experience. Shape the roadmap, influence design decisions, and empower our team to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions every day.

Outcomes: 

1. Limit issues on KYC through Onfido/Myinfo to <1% of all onboarded customers.
2. Halve support tickets related to KYC onboarding by way of implementing an intuitive KYC flow and updating SOP with stakeholders.
3. Ensure 100% of customers' identity is compliant and up-to-date in platform by automating regular due-diligence checks in line with risk profile.
4. Review implementation of compliance flows related to information collection and validations, such as change of particulars, KYC invitations, address validations, and shareholder acceptance, ensuring that all information is accurate and certified.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 8 years experience as Fullstack Software Engineer or Software Architect and you will most likely be located in Singapore.

We are looking for a highly skilled Fullstack Engineer with a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen. The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A solid academic foundation, preferably from renowned universities.
2. Proven experience working with leading organizations, demonstrating success in high-performing teams.
3. Over 8 years of expertise in Fullstack Engineering, with in-depth knowledge of both front-end and back-end development.
4. A demonstrated ability to translate technical skills into product-driven outcomes, creating significant business impact.

Control Risks is looking to hire a Senior Open Source Intelligence Analyst to support a premier client of ours. The Senior Open Source Intelligence Analyst will conduct research and provide intelligence to the Threat Assessment Management Services (TAMs) in a timely manner to support the investigation and mitigation of threatening incidents or behaviours. OSINT analysts also support Executive Protection and employee, facility, event safety and security by providing persistent situational awareness research and support.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist the Open Source Intelligence Program Manager as required to fulfil project requirements, assist in task delegation, and provide quality control.
• Review intelligence reports for grammatical and spelling errors as well as research and analysis quality.
• Utilize OSINT research methodology for real-time situational awareness and analysis.
• Monitor worldwide events; identify events with the potential to impact the Client's assets, executives, and operations. Examples of relevant event categories include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, transportation disruptions, political instability, terrorism, and crime
• Intensive analysis of data collected and produce timely, useful, and custom-tailored intelligence reports, threat assessments, and Person of Interest (POI) investigation reports, etc.
• Identify POIs who exhibit concerning, unwanted, or violent threatening behaviour toward the Client, its executives, employees, or community
• Research, evaluate, and assess and continually monitor POIs and their activity and disseminate information to Client stakeholders as needed.
• Situational awareness coverage for Client events, employee travel, and executive protection
• Draft and review concise notifications for distribution to the Client's decision-makers and global security leaders
• Identify potential risks and negative sentiment on social media, news sites, forums etc. to provide protective intelligence in support of executive security.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of other global security professionals in support of the TAMs 24/7/365 operations and develop effective relationships with other stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience and relevant education (bachelor’s degree in history, political science, international relations, intelligence analysis, criminal justice, regional studies, or a related discipline; master’s degree strongly preferred)
• Able to provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts as needed.
• Experience with OSINT methodology
• Broad knowledge of geopolitical affairs, and global awareness of influences on business goals and strategies
• Attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate trends which may have an impact on the organisation, extending to environment and people

Job Duties:

• Receiving of incoming shipment, checking, repacking and put away (binning to shelves)
• Handle daily logistics and shipping activities including Picking, Packing & arrange shipments.
• Process of orders thru SAP transaction including pick & pack for shipment, issue to Service department, workshop and sub-con/fabricator.
• Handle filing of documents, e.g. Assembly orders, Production orders, Picking list, shipping documents.
• Carry out cycle counts activities as specify in the cycle count policy.
• Sorting of Picking Lists, Production/Assembly orders, Service orders for picking.
• Packing of returned seals from Service to put back to customer stock.
• Enforcing safety regulations at all times. Understand Risk assessment, safe work procedure and Tool box meeting topics.
• Communicate matter to the Logistics Supervisor to keep updated.
• Open to job rotation.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
