The Talent

• Degree level in relevant subject (IT, Business Studies, Finance etc) or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Agile certifications and experience (desirable)
• Involved in transformation program delivery (desirable)
• Knowledge of project/product management & methodologies
• Knowledge of agile management methodologies is a plus
• Results-driven and have participated in a significant (large-scale) program within an organization and has delivered real change in relation to the employee community
• Ability to analyze/ understand processes from both the process owner and end-user perspective

Job Description

• Animate IT governance, facilitating the demand to project process
• Understand overall objective of the Business Management metrics and act as a champion to obtain buy-in, and guide colleagues
• Support the monitoring, reporting and deep-dive of key metrics
• Co-lead efforts to increase adoption rates for key modules/processes such as demand management, agile management, resource management, portfolio management and project management
• Support Product Management initiative, especially Product conversion, and tooling (Agile SNOW module)
• Proactively liaise with various stakeholders for preparation of materials for key strategic meetings and reporting
• Actively listen to stakeholders, articulate exemptions/complicated issues into implications, with suggestions for resolution

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for Sing songs that guests enjoy

Sing in a production

Attend meeting to know the theme and to plan for the songs to sing

Source for musical scores

Arrange for extra rehearsals with musicians to ensure that quality of song

Source for the Costume and pros for your work performance (Can work with other musicians)

Sing in front of a live audience

Requirements

MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF STAGE EXPERIENCE

Main Vocal with strong knowledge of Mandarin Pop

Knowledge of Kpop is an advantage

Respond appropriately to guest song requests. Communicate guest requests to waiter as needed.

Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.

PHOTOGRAPH IS ESSENTIAL IN APPLICATION

Able to Sing with Live Band

Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant work experience in the beauty industry, preferably in similar roles
• Possess professional skills in hairstyling
• Possess hairstyling certifications backed by accredited schools
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge and digital literacy skills
