You will assist in managing the coordination, logistics and results monitoring of enablement programs to support new hire sales onboarding, sales kickoff events, continuous learning programs and other special projects. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics for global, virtual, and in-person training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and a seamless learning experience for participants.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to understand training needs and objectives, and assist in translating them into impactful training programs.

• Schedule and coordinate logistics for training sessions, webinars, and workshops, including venues, Zoom setup, and execute participant communications.

• Assist in tracking and managing of budget and expenses for on site training, ensuring cost-effective delivery of training initiatives.

• Collect and analyze participant feedback and training effectiveness metrics, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new sales team members, providing logistical support and coordinating training activities.

• Assist in creation and management of Seismic pages for our team’s programs to ensure up to date, relevant information and content

• To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times monitoring guest satisfaction, service standard, security, employee activity, physical defects with main focus on front office operation.
• Profitability, ensuring the department meets its quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Leadership and employee matters, including managing and motivating front office teams in order to provide high quality services for guests.
• Lead and support all Guest Experience Initiatives within the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update data used in marketing material
• Prepare pitching material for potential clients, undertaking relevant analysis, identifying relevant comps
• Assist in developing market updates and indicative pricing to prospective issuers
• Assist in transaction execution and taking a lead role in certain aspects thereof
• Liaise with other desks within the bank to furnish the ad-hoc internal works
• Other ad-hoc projects and works as required by the manager

Requirements

• Recognized Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline
• Prior experience in banking/finance industry is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Internships at financial institutions are plus points
• Good communication and analytical skills

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

• Ensure a warm and genuine arrival and departure experience for all guests.
• Ensure proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the Front Office, which includes Reception, Guest Relations, Concierge, Oriental Club, Telephone and Business Centre.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Business Analyst

Collate and manage all the details regarding the application for the assigned business vertical

– information could span from details of systems interfacing, content of the various data being posted, data held within the application etc.

• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.

• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.

• For project where there is an impact, play a governance role in ensuring that the design (in terms of the level of information required from source to core processing is aligned with the strategic data flow strategy.

• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team

• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.

• Assess and propose appropriate testing approach and sign off criteria to stakeholders and get concurrence.

• Overall UAT management in terms of UAT timeline, batch run/ re-run and managing the tester’s testing result.

• Prepare proper documentation on the data flow, design, business solutioning and testing approach in accordance with predefined template.

Requirements:

· Proficient in gathering and analysing Business Requirement, Technical & Functional Specification Design documentation, test case design.

· Strong and patient analytical and problem-solving skills

· Good inter-personnel and communication skills across a wide range of people
