• Handle applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals for work passes.
• Primary point of contact for work pass and immigration matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date work pass records.

Administrative Support

• Oversee daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
• Manage coordination with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance.

Operational and Event Support

• Provide immediate assistance for urgent matters during weekends and public holidays.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
• Identify and implement improvements in administrative workflows and systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–3 years in administrative roles with work pass application experience.
• Familiarity with government systems (e.g., MOM’s EP Online).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability for standby duties during weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Duration: 4 months

Working days: 5 days per week based on roster (Confirmed off day : Every Tuesday)

Working hours: 12.30pm – 6.30pm or 3pm - 9pm

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Providing enquiry service to customers
• Assisting customers in using library services e.g. Library e-kiosk, self- check, multimedia services, library catalogue, online resources & etc.
• Assisting customers in locating library materials
• Providing circulation service to customers
• Handling customer’s feedback and forward to NLB staff as and when necessary

Roving duties and promotional support

• Performing roving duties in enforcing library etiquette
• Assisting in ensuring good housekeeping in the library reading areas
• Assisting in crowd controlling for programmes

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, PowerPoint presentation and documenting minutes.
