Job Purpose

A Relationship Manager serves as the firm’s principal contact for Ultra High Net-Worth (UHNW) clients and has a broad and deep understanding of wealth management practices and investment strategies. A Relationship Manager is also responsible for acquiring UHNW clients and providing them with right advise and solutions, within the regulatory licensing framework under which Lighthouse Canton is required to operate.

Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, understanding their needs and goals.

• Showcase the firm’s wide capabilities and brands to clients in the specific regions.
• Grow the firm business by acquiring new clients in the specific regions.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 - 7 years’ experience in finance/ banking industry.
• A track record in having a UHNW Client network and successful AUM track record is preferred.

Job Descriptions :

• Ensure that all assigned or routine jobs, maintenance, repair and replacement works and services undertaken by the M&E team are carried out properly and on schedule
• Conduct checks on installations, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance work on air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, electrical system
• Regular inspection of M&E facilities to ensure that the facilities are in satisfactory and serviceable condition and where necessary, follow up with rectifications or recommendations for rectifications to the Management
