Assist in onboarding process:
1. Schedule and update interviews via MS Teams or Zoom for the business unit
2. Checking of P-files for new hires, contract extensions and terminations and updating of records
3. Handle external reference checks
4. Support recruitment teams in first level sourcing (data mining) and resume screening (on adhoc basis)
5. Work closely with consultants and payroll team on payroll matters every mid and end month payroll cycle. This comprises of sorting and tabulating of timesheets, follow up with candidates and consultants on missing information etc.
• Liaising with the payroll team on discrepancies and payroll matters
• Advice consultants/candidates on leave balance
6. Issue Certificate of Employments
7. Coordinate interview rooms schedule and attend to walk-ins (if required)

Abacus Capital runs a Corporate Advisory practice in which the firm advises corporate clients on strategy, capital raising and M&A. The Analyst at Abacus Capital will be expected to participate in the entire lifecycle of the advisory deal process, from origination to execution.

Role and responsibilities:

• Origination, structuring and execution of M&A / Fundraising / Corporate finance deals

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseas legal entities finance control and regulation, manage and comply with local government reporting requirements and finance filings;
• Conduct regular evaluations and ensure all legal entities in the region are effectively managed from local statutory compliance perspective, work closely with the local team to identify and mitigate risks;
• Continually strengthen the framework of legal entity management; Lead and support project where you get an opportunity to define the problem, come up with hypothesis, engage stakeholders to shape the solution and ultimately implement the change;

Responsibilities

Sales Execution

• Brings impactful Cybersecurity, Compliance, Governance & Risk industry insights into customer engagements and closes deals with customers. Acts as a thought leader across Cybersecurity, Compliance, Governance & Risk solution areas to advise customers across business functions on digital transformation. Leads virtual transformational shifts to drive deployment and create business value for customers. May lead partner integration into account/territory planning and customer engagements. Provides thought leadership in the Cybersecurity, Compliance, Governance & Risk domains.
• Orchestrates with team members across solution areas on conducting personal campaigns to discover new opportunities and generate new leads. Leads conversations with strategic/high-potential customers (e.g., high budget, global account, highly competitive) along with account teams or partners. Facilitates the account team unit (ATU) and/or Specialist Team Unit (STU) to build pipeline in collaboration with partners and services. Guides others on social selling. • Presales experience in XDR & SIEM, knowledge of cross-cloud Security and Security Operations
• Leads conversations and sets up events within Microsoft. Mentors others and develops strategies for best practice sharing across subsidiaries. Contributes ideas that can be instituted across Microsoft.
• Posts information or speaks at external events, drives conversations with prospective customers/partners as a thought leader across solution areas.*
